Dr. Jonathan Silverman

In Dr. Jonathan Silverman, you have found a dentist with a devotion to quality care for his patients. That devotion has motivated him to complete extensive training, an activity that continues even after 30 years in practice. 

After completing his undergraduate work at the University of Maryland in College Park, he went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland at Baltimore. He then spent a year completing an advanced internship at the University of Maryland where he was able to gain greater knowledge and clinical skills. 

He then began his private practice but never stopped advancing his skills. He chose to study with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and completed more than 500 hours of continuing education. The AGD recognized his achievement by awarding him a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. 

A few years later, after completing another 600 hours of education in eleven separate disciplines of dentistry, he was recognized with a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Silverman has since focused much of his education on dental implant technology due to its considerable benefit to patients.
